About the Job
As a Data Analyst in the Workplace Service Information System team at ByteDance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business indicator systems for the Corporate Services team, which includes areas such as Real Estate, Physical Security, and Administration. Your role will involve analyzing long-term trends and short-term anomalies to provide actionable insights through reporting. You will build dashboards based on indicator systems and establish a daily tracking and monitoring system to identify relevant trends or potential challenges promptly.
You will conduct various data analyses according to business needs, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods to identify internal issues and uncover opportunities. Strong communication with internal stakeholders—such as the Business Operation team, Data Warehouse team, Product team, and R&D and Algorithm teams—is essential to ensure the successful implementation and continuous optimization of data analysis reports. You will also be tasked with building user-friendly data systems and data products to support business operations.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least three years of relevant experience in data analysis.
- Proficient in SQL and Tableau/Power BI or similar visualization tools.
- Strong data mining, information collection, and analysis capabilities.
- Ability to translate business problems into data modeling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and algorithms (e.g., machine learning, causal inference).
- Experience in data analysis within internet or technology-related industries.
- Strong learning ability and excellent communication skills.
- Experience leading a small project team to support business initiatives.
