Frontend Software Engineer Intern

About the Job: The Corporate Service System team at ByteDance aims to deliver advanced product solutions in the corporate service domain, enhancing management efficiency and user experience of staff services. We focus on developing intelligent decision-making platforms for business owners while creating a comfortable office environment for employees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, high-availability, and high-performance web pages according to product requirements and design drafts.
• Participate in building front-end developer tools to improve development efficiency and system stability.
• Handle the daily maintenance and on-call work for our products.

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, with an expected graduation date in 2026.

• Proficient in verbal and written English communication skills.
• At least 1 year of front-end software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3; familiar with TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux, Webpack, Monorepo, etc.

Preferred Qualifications: - Proactive, self-motivated, and possess strong communication skills in a collaborative environment.

• Previous internship or personal projects that demonstrate software development experience.

Language Requirements: - Proficient in verbal and written English.
