Senior Corporate Real Estate Strategy Manager

The Global Location Strategy team plays a crucial role in supporting the company's global expansion and regional business growth. Our team of consultants and analysts conduct comprehensive research and analysis of Global Real Estate markets, leading the development and roll-out of our real estate business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis on Global Real Estate markets, including regulation impact, geographic advantages, demographic trends, talent pools, industry developments, benchmark analysis, and financials.
• Standardize and strategize within the Location Strategy team regarding relevant real estate topics at both global and regional levels.
• Initiate communication and changes with key stakeholders to drive research, insights, data, and recommendations that support our strategies and growth.
• Facilitate end-to-end implementation of the Global Real Estate location strategy projects, assessing opportunities and challenges with actionable levers while ensuring operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in in-house corporate strategy planning.
  • Good understanding of the market and nuances, particularly in the UAE and Middle East, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong sense of logical/strategic thinking, self-driven, and passionate about the Internet, Technology, and Innovation sectors.

• Preferred requirements:

  • Background in management strategy consulting.
  • Proven record of strategy planning in real estate/property analysis.
