Simulator Support Engineer (JV01)

About the Job:
The Simulator Support Engineer will be responsible for performing PMT tasks as per maintenance manuals and ensuring they are completed and signed off. Key responsibilities include:

• Updating necessary documentation like NDB, Charts, and Checklists across the fleet.
• Adhering to procedures during simulator changeouts.
• Signing off on all QTGs reruns and ensuring timely follow-up on any raised deficiencies.
• Troubleshooting simulator-related issues and coordinating with the QTG Specialist for resolution.
• Collaborating with senior colleagues during AOGs and maintaining communication with various departments for improved customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring simulator issues and providing necessary updates to CAE Montreal.
• Updating databases on the device and maintaining records of parts and tools.
