About the Job:
The Simulator Support Engineer will be responsible for performing PMT tasks as per maintenance manuals and ensuring they are completed and signed off. Key responsibilities include:

Updating necessary documentation like NDB, Charts, and Checklists across the fleet.
Adhering to procedures during simulator changeouts.
Signing off on all QTGs reruns and ensuring timely follow-up on any raised deficiencies.
Troubleshooting simulator-related issues and coordinating with the QTG Specialist for resolution.
Collaborating with senior colleagues during AOGs and maintaining communication with various departments for improved customer satisfaction.
Monitoring simulator issues and providing necessary updates to CAE Montreal.
Updating databases on the device and maintaining records of parts and tools.
