As an Engineering Manager at Canonical, you will lead a team focused on building a Ceph-oriented software-defined storage solution. You are expected to run an effective team, help colleagues grow as engineers, and ensure high-quality technical delivery. Your responsibilities will include sound software architecture, implementing best practices in software quality, testing, and documentation.

- You are knowledgeable about software development and experienced in leading software teams in an agile environment.
