Your role will involve not just code reviews but ensuring your team is productive and fulfilled, cultivating a positive culture and facilitating technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to travel up to four times a year for internal events
  • Experience with Linux (preferably Debian or Ubuntu)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Result-oriented with a commitment to meeting goals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Distributed work environment with in-person sprints
  • Recognition rewards and annual holiday leave
  • Maternity and paternity leave
