Position

As a Senior+ Engineer, you will apply your exceptional software architecture and coding skills while demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire your team to deliver outstanding products. You will work closely with engineering leaders to jointly drive outcomes at various levels of the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the design and architecture of impactful open-source projects.
  • Coding in languages such as Golang, Rust, Python, C/C++, or Typescript/React.
  • Mentoring team members and contributing to their career growth.
  • Communicating technical documentation effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
  • Strong technical leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Deep experience with at least one of Go, Rust, Python, or C.
  • Excellent communication skills in professional written and spoken English.
  • Ability to travel twice a year for company events, up to two weeks each.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with container technologies (LXD, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of highly concurrent distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with performance engineering, software security, and build systems.
  • Experience with public clouds or OpenStack and Debian/Ubuntu packaging.
