About the Job:
Capgemini's Global Insights & Data business line is a market leader in data, platform, and analytics across various sectors including financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, and life sciences. As a Data Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for defining, planning, and implementing testing strategies for GenAI-based products. This role includes overseeing test activities and ensuring data integrity across system components. You will drive performance, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

Location: Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive QA strategy for Generative AI products.
  • Oversee functional and non-functional testing strategies.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and AI specialists for aligned testing requirements.
  • Ensure successful user acceptance testing activities.
  • Lead the implementation of test automation strategies for continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor a team of testers and validate synthetic data generation for accurate AI testing.
  • Monitor test execution, analyze results, and provide insights for AI model improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain data security practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, particularly in automation testing and AI-driven systems.
  • Proficient in functional and non-functional testing, with strong knowledge of automation frameworks and performance/security testing tools.
  • Leadership and strategic planning skills, capable of managing testing teams.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance standards such as NDMO and PDPL.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
