What You'll Do
- Foster strong relationships with global and regional payment providers, Fintechs & FIs to simplify payments for Careem users across MENAP region
- Ensure best-in-class, methodical partner and deal management rooted through robust project management, OKRs and alignment on opportunities of mutual interest, facilitating seamless execution and communication
- Develop partnerships and product strategies based on industry knowledge, aligning with Careem Pay's mission and strategic objectives
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (including product, engineering, finance, risk, compliance, and marketing) to build integrations, products, support deals, and drive process enhancements
- Exhibit an operationally focused mindset, develop and manage end-to-end project plans for new implementations, working closely with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure on-time delivery
- Define and establish SLAs and performance standards for partners, track commitments, and improve partner health metrics
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to address them
- Assist in incident resolution and manage escalations from internal teams ensuring resolution with partners
What You'll Need
- At least 5-7 years of experience in technical project/program management and/or business operations within digital payments
- Track record of managing external relationships with exceptional people skills and ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both internally and externally
- Deep knowledge of the payments landscape, with the critical thinking skills to comprehend and interpret emerging trends
- Demonstrated success in leading medium-to-large scale technical projects with external partners and internal teams
- Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities
