As a Program Manager at Kyndryl, you will lead value-add transformative programs, breaking down strategic visions into interconnected projects. Your mission is to ensure extraordinary outcomes for our customers while propelling our business to new heights. You will be the main interface for project managers leading interconnected projects, influencing successful outcomes through strategic foresight and effective decision-making. Your role will include establishing objective milestones, managing risks, defining budgets, and providing coaching and mentoring to project teams.

Who You Are:
You have a proven track record in managing complex IT projects, preferably within a services business. You are customer-focused, possess a growth mindset, and are naturally inclusive in your teamwork approach.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects/programs across various industries
- Expertise in cost and scope management, change control, and project governance
- Ability to identify and track dependencies, manage risks, and guide staffing choices
- Proficiency with program governance, master scheduling, and resource prioritization
- Knowledge of business intelligence and data analysis
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts
