What You'll Be Doing:

  • Monitor and ensure a seamless customer journey in omni-channel operations across all brands.
  • Resolve issues throughout the order journey to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Omni-Channel Operations Lead in facilitating smooth customer experiences across channels.
  • Assist in communicating process changes to service providers and third parties to minimize disruptions.
  • Aid in audits and action plans to enhance operational performance.
  • Collaborate with support services to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and improve performance.
  • Participate in brand meetings to support growth strategies and operational readiness.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for standardization across brands and support project coordination.
  • Resolve issues encountered by orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support stakeholder communication and project initiatives.
  • Analyze processes, propose enhancements, and contribute to efficiency efforts.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within the team.
  • Conduct test orders, track journeys, and suggest improvements.
  • Support in OMS-related configurations or enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure timely delivery of brand enhancements.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel, OMS, and SFCC.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce, retail, project management, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with the local market as a customer and/or supplier is preferred.
  • Ability to derive insights from data and a passion for delivering transformational impact.
