Our Journey

Founded by Michel and Widad Chalhoub in Damascus, Syria, in 1955, we started with a store selling Christofle. Over the years, we expanded our operations across the Middle East, moving our headquarters to Dubai, UAE, in 1990. Today, we are the largest retail operator in the region, with over 14,000 employees in 14 countries.

Our Operations

Chalhoub Group is active in the luxury, fashion, and beauty sectors through distribution, retail, and marketing services. We have over 750 stores and partnerships with brands like Louis Vuitton, Dior Couture, and Sephora. We also operate our own retail concepts, such as Level Shoes and Tryano, and focus on sustainable engagement and human resource development.
