The Innovation Tech Lead will play a vital role in exploring and validating new business models through prototyping and technical experimentation. Key responsibilities include developing technical prototypes, MVPs, and automated workflows to test new business models using no-code/low-code tools, as well as creating AI-driven automation tools to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves acting as a technical co-founder for Corporate Innovation Ventures within the Group, helping to build scalable business models.
Key Responsibilities:

New Business Model Validation & Prototyping
- Develop and validate ideas quickly with technical prototypes and MVPs.
- Identify scalable opportunities for long-term competitive advantages.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Education & Experience: Full-Stack Engineer with AI & Automation expertise, having 5+ years in full-stack development, AI, or machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proven ability to build AI-powered applications; comfortable with cloud-based infrastructure and automation tools.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Focus on execution and scaling, with experience in corporate innovation or startups.
