Team Leader - Luxury Tech

At Chalhoub Group, we express the exceptional! The role of a Luxury Tech Consultant involves achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will provide support in the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountability for store level sell-out targets.
• Build relationships with category managers at store level.
• Monitor daily and weekly sales performance of each team member.
• Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of permanent experts to achieve sell-out targets.
• Maintain accurate records of individual sales results, team performance, and activities.
• Improve individual expert performance and skills.
• Ensure appropriate stock levels in assigned stores.
• Foster a positive, high-energy team environment focused on results.
• Address and resolve any performance issues to ensure excellent customer service.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in retail (Fashion, Jewelry, Accessories, Technology).
• Proficient in English (language requirement).
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Excel skills.
