Position

About the Job:
The IT Governance Manager will engage and collaborate with various ERP stakeholders within the government entity and other government entities to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives. This role involves producing high-quality deliverables and presentations tailored for senior leadership, managing and overseeing end-to-end governance processes for the transformation program, and ensuring compliance with established frameworks and best practices.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and producing regular reports that provide insights into project/program progress, risks, and governance metrics, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Overseeing the escalation process for issues and risks, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication to stakeholders regarding critical matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience with Project Management, Governance, and Reporting.
  • Background in IT & Digital Governance.
  • Experience in project management and technical experience in Oracle ERP or any technology systems implementation.
  • Proficiency in building frameworks, process development, and strategy management processes.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT projects is highly beneficial.
  • ITIL, COBIT, or other IT governance certifications are preferred.
