Position

CENSUS is an internationally acclaimed cybersecurity services provider, delivering IT and OT security services to public and private organizations globally, including Fortune 500 companies. As part of our mission to provide top-tier cybersecurity services, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Product Security Professional Services team.

In this role, the Technical Project Manager (TPM) will formulate and execute service delivery strategies to meet the rigorous quality standards set by CENSUS. The TPM will leverage both technical and project management skills to ensure that clients maximize the potential of our security and advisory teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and planning technical activities (consulting, assessments, audits, security architecture development, etc.).
  • Decomposing high-level tasks and product descriptions into well-defined technical activities.
  • Leading the technical team within the scope of engagements.
  • Documenting and presenting product security risks to both technical and business-oriented audiences.
  • Conducting technical quality assurance and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
  • Building relationships with client teams and partners.
  • Driving continuous improvement of the technical quality of project deliverables.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and communicating lessons learned to the business development team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in embedded or computer system-level software/firmware security.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical project management in a product or information security role.

Key Skills & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Embedded Systems, Linux, or Real-Time Operating Systems security concepts.
  • Familiarity with ARM architectures and programming in C, C++, Rust, or Assembly (ARM).
  • Knowledge of secure boot, firmware integrity, and hardware-backed device attestation.
  • Understanding of cryptographic practices and security vulnerabilities in system software.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficient in English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
