Data Architect

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Architect with 13 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog Data Management and Governance Risk & Compliance. This role requires working from the office during day shifts and may involve travel. The Sr. Architect will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our data management systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish best practices for data governance, data quality, and Master Data Management for the project.
• Determine architectural requirements, design, and develop enterprise software architecture for the products being built.
• Assess and determine governance, stewardship, and frameworks for managing data across the organization.
• Develop logical data models by extending conceptual models.
• Review and provide alternative strategies for transactional and analytical systems to effectively share data.
• Evaluate and identify specifications, best practices, integration, and proper use of emerging technologies related to overall software architecture.
• Develop and maintain future state architectures and transition roadmaps that meet enterprise needs as identified during current state architecture analysis and the assessment of gaps and opportunities.

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of IT governance frameworks, concepts, methodologies, and modeling techniques.
• Experience with big data technologies or large data warehousing initiatives.
• Preferably KSA market work experience.
• Bilingual (English & Arabic) is an advantage.

Skills:

• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive software solutions.
• Extensive background and expertise in developing and managing data technologies and technical operations.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
