About the Job
We are looking for a GIS Developer with strong experience in ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise ArcGIS (Portal), and ArcGIS Online. The ideal candidate will have a solid background with Esri ArcGIS Server services and GeoProcessing services development. Proficiency in Esri JavaScript API and experience in implementing Web GIS solutions using JavaScript API is essential.
Key responsibilities include GIS application installation in the cloud, data migration, and handling downstream/upstream applications. A sound understanding of IT security concepts within Esri technology is required, along with excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills. The candidate should also possess strong analytical abilities for requirement analysis, conceptual design, and project planning.

Qualifications and Skills

• In-depth understanding of RDBMS, geodatabase design, multiuser editing, and ArcSDE Administration
• Good experience in web development and SQL Server databases
• Experience in setting up Geo Server and OpenLayers on Azure cloud
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services
• Familiarity with Application Programming Interfaces (API), Java, and JavaScript
