Infra Architect

We are seeking an experienced Infra Architect with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow Strategic Port Management, ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, FSM, CSM, GRC, and ITOM. This is a work-from-office position with day shifts and may require travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the integration of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, FSM, CSM, GRC, and ITOM.
• Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Port Management to optimize project management processes.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage the deployment of ServiceNow solutions in the Devices / SPM domain to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow implementations.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of ServiceNow systems to identify and address potential issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
• Train and mentor junior team members on ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor the performance of ServiceNow systems and implement improvements as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in ServiceNow Strategic Port Management, ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, FSM, CSM, GRC, and ITOM.
• Domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and Devices / SPM.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations.

Certifications Required

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
