About
Cognizant is seeking an Intellisuite Engineer with 4-5 years of production support experience specifically with the FIS Intellimatch product. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and configuration knowledge in this product, along with expertise in writing SQL queries and a basic understanding of Visual Basic .NET (VB.NET).

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting production issues effectively.
  • Communicating and consulting with business users to ensure smooth operations.
  • Utilizing recon techniques and experience with ServiceNow or other ticket tracking tools.
  • Maintaining and demonstrating strong knowledge of production support systems.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in the necessary technical skills, including communication.
  • Microsoft SQL Server experience.
  • Proficiency in query writing.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
