Specialist - Business Intelligence

Presight is looking for a focused and insightful Specialist Business Intelligence to support its operational strategy and enhance overall business efficiency via BI-driven market research, trend analysis, and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BI solutions.
• Create standard reports and functional dashboards as per requirements.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements.
• Review and validate customer data as it is collected.
• Maintain dashboards and reports.
• Support data analytic platforms.
• Coordinate with Data/Business Analysts and customers to develop business requirements and specifications documents.
• Travel to customer sites as needed and join the on-call engineer rotation for off-hours support.
• Identify and implement workarounds for customer incidents.
• Collaborate in a multicultural and diverse environment.
• Effectively communicate and convey information clearly and consistently.
• Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of practical knowledge in creating applications and business solutions on data analytical tools (Kibana, Tableau, or equivalent).
• 1+ years of Kibana knowledge is a must.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
