Specialist - Business Intelligence

Presight is looking for a focused and insightful Specialist Business Intelligence to support its operational strategy and enhance overall business efficiency via BI-driven market research, trend analysis, and data visualization. As a Specialist in our team, you will manage the analytical data platform to create business solutions, oversee the implementation of the systems, and ensure ongoing maintenance of those solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BI solutions
• Create standard reports and functional dashboards according to requirements
• Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements
• Review and validate collected customer data
• Maintain dashboards and reports
• Support data analytic platforms
• Coordinate with Data/Business Analysts and customers to develop business requirements and specifications
• Travel to customer sites as needed
• Participate in the on-call engineer rotation for off-hours support of critical service issues
• Identify and implement workarounds for customer incidents
• Collaborate effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment
• Communicate clearly, credibly, and consistently

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of practical knowledge in creating application and business solutions on data analytical tools (Kibana, Tableau, or other equivalent tools)
• 1+ years of Kibana knowledge is a must
• 2+ years of experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
