Principal Architect - MDM

About the Job
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 15 to 17 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Management Functional, MDM Architecture, and Stibo. Experience in New Product Development within the Technology & Hospitality (T&H) domain is a plus. This role will involve leading architectural initiatives, ensuring data integrity, and driving innovation to support our company's growth and societal impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data management solutions to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of MDM architecture to support business objectives.
• Provide technical expertise in Stibo to optimize data management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management strategies with business goals.
• Drive innovation in data management practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes and architecture.
• Conduct regular assessments of data management systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to build a strong data management team.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide effective solutions.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of data management tools and technologies.
• Ensure seamless integration of new data management solutions with existing systems.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on data management initiatives and progress.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Data Management Functional, MDM Architecture, and Stibo.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive innovation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in developing and maintaining data management documentation.
• Proven track record of leading successful data management projects.
• Deep understanding of data governance policies and standards.
• Experience in New Product Development within the T&H domain is a plus.
