Backend Software Engineer, Office Intelligence

The Office Intelligence team aims to deliver advanced product solutions in the Corporate Service Management domain to enhance management efficiency and user experience for staff services. This role involves building intelligent decision-making platforms for business owners while fostering efficient and comfortable office environments for employees.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the server-side development of enterprise solution products, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Participate in constructing backend infrastructure and tackle technical problems while researching new technologies.
• Explore tools and processes to improve team efficiency and enhance the technical atmosphere.
• Contribute throughout the product delivery cycle, including requirement communication, system design, testing support, monitoring online systems, and project management.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
• Familiarity with Java or Golang technology stack and JVM/Golang pprof tuning methods.
• Knowledge of distributed system design patterns and experience with message queues, distributed storage, caching, and locks.
• Understanding of operating systems, computer networks, and information security.
• Competence with MySQL and NoSQL databases, including usage and optimization.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language and capable of troubleshooting on Linux.
• Strong self-learning capability, good execution, a sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AI/ML principles and their application in the business domain.
