About the Job
We are looking for a Solution Architect specializing in Telecom OSS & BSS to lead transformation programs that enhance customer experience, improve billing accuracy, and manage efficient service delivery for telecom operators. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of BSS architecture and experience in digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for managing programs across the Customer and Billing domains, implementing Business Assurance frameworks, and ensuring successful CRM and RMS solutions for a range of customer types.
Key Responsibilities
BSS:
- Lead transformation programs in the Customer and Billing domain to enhance customer experience.
- Oversee the digital transformation program for telecom operators, focusing on BSS stack improvements.
- Manage CRM/RMS solutions, including customer account management, rating, billing, and payment processing.
- Define KPIs for new product implementations from various perspectives including revenue and regulatory.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for business reporting and progress management in CRM/Billing operations.
- Program manage the billing implementation and operations to ensure smooth delivery.
OSS:
- Work with customers and vendors to understand the OSS Telco product portfolio and general architectural principles.
- Familiarize with mobile telecommunications technologies, including RAN, Core, and IP Transport.
- Exhibit strong consultative skills to capture stakeholder needs and define technical requirements.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and expertise in software design, development, and deployment.
- Utilize service management tools and network monitoring tools for effective project execution and reporting.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of BSS architecture and business assurance frameworks.
- Familiarity with tools such as BMC Remedy, Zabbix, Grafana, and ITSM systems.
- Experience with various COTS products in the telecom billing space, such as Oracle BRM and CSG Singleview.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
