Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive technology solutions that align with business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of SuccessFactors modules including BizX, Mobile, ContPerfMgmt, PerfCalligration, Perf360 Degree, CareerWorksheet, Succession & Dev, Perf & Goals, and Employ Central.
- Provide expert guidance on Business Process Modelling to optimize and streamline business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions across various business units.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation and standards.
- Mentor and support junior architects and technical staff.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of technology solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Solution Design & Architecture.
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors modules including BizX, Mobile, ContPerfMgmt, PerfCalligration, Perf360 Degree, CareerWorksheet, Succession & Dev, Perf & Goals, and Employ Central.
- Strong skills in Business Process Modelling.
- Domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and the Automotive Industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certification in SuccessFactors or related technologies.
