About
Core42 is the UAE’s national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, integrating G42 Group’s expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. This role involves managing and coordinating the end-to-end proposal development and submission process to clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end presales support to Core42's new logo and add-on pursuits, meeting submission timelines.
- Ensure the Core42 governance process is adhered to by coordinating necessary approvals prior to proposal submission.
- Determine client requirements and coordinate value proposition and sales strategy for solution and proposal content.
- Develop bid plans with clear roles, actions, and timelines to meet submission target dates.
- Act as the point of contact for Core42's technical, solution, commercial, and contractual teams to ensure effective information flow.
- Project manage the bid plan, including coordination and compilation of proposal contents, solution creation and finalization, costing, pricing, and delivery of proposals.
- Conduct quality control on proposal content, ensuring alignment with client requirements and Core42 business goals.
- Coordinate preparation of supporting client presentations and workshops to aid deal closure.
- Assist in contract/SOW completion and coordinate with necessary teams for development.
- Align requirements to available services/capabilities, identify reuse opportunities, analyze gaps, and provide technical input.
- Develop bid strategies based on RFP requirements, business, and sales strategy.
- Outline, write, rewrite, and proofread proposal/document content for clarity and consistency.
- Conduct research on past documents to inform current proposals.
- Conduct quality checks on proposal outputs.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Commercial, IT, or Management.
- Minimum Experience: 7-10 years in Sales or Sales Support Functions as a Bid Manager or Proposal Manager, particularly with national or international clients in IT Services.
Job Specific Skills
- Local IT market knowledge is desirable.
- Project management capabilities.
- APMP certification is desirable.
- IT service contracts experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent command of English language and communication skills.
- Strong planning and organization skills, including virtual team management.
- Strategic thinking with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
- High commitment level to achieve optimum results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
