Core42 is seeking a Creative Director & AI Lead to develop and oversee the organization’s full spectrum of assets and brand visual strategy. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the main focus of this hands-on role is to activate the visual and storytelling needs for the company across product, sales, and brand while adhering to and advancing the company’s greater awareness. This role will involve both producing content as well as coaching and supervising an internal team with agency partners to ensure the highest standards of quality are met on a consistent basis for the brand and product GTM campaigns. The position requires a personality and skill set adept at brainstorming creative strategy and championing ideas, ensuring a seamless launch on a global and local scale. Additionally, as the AI lead, the candidate will be proactive about using generative AI as part of the brand and partner relationships outputs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of campaigns and initiatives, ensuring exceptional creative experiences that elevate industry marketing standards.
- Test, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge AI tools to streamline content creation and automate workflows, enhancing productivity.
- Oversee a production unit of graphic designers, motion designers, video editors, and art directors to elevate and scale the creative for multiple products.
- Write creative strategies and presentations derived from multi-stakeholder data and insights for various products and brands.
- Build scalable designs in multiple formats for a variety of storytelling touchpoints and personalized journeys.
- Refine and manage creative templates and resources, ensuring they leverage AI for increased efficiency and dynamism.
- Automate and standardize repetitive tasks within Figma and After Effects to enable creativity, utilizing AI where possible.
- Execute on concepts, turning them into high-quality work for print & digital, paid & organic social, email, OOH, and more.
- Conduct A/B testing formats and creatives across digital ecosystems and owned media.
- Create project schedules, effectively managing timelines from conception through successful launch and beyond.
- Access reporting tools to analyze asset performance and review artwork and video performance metrics.
- Educate cross-functional partners and internal team members on the latest product developments.
- Act as a brand guardian, articulating and executing on-brand communication in the company's tone, values, and visual standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Production or Creative, in-house or agency.
- Strong commitment to mentoring and skill development, capable of inspiring creativity and innovation within the team.
- Passion for technology news and events.
- Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly Arabic and English speakers will be given preference.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrated experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and MidJourney.
- Past experience or education in prompt engineering is a plus.
- Portfolio of work for review.
