About the Job
Core42 is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and strategic Manager of Microsoft Business Analysis to enhance operational efficiency, process optimization, and data-informed decision-making within the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and reporting business-related data, serving as a liaison between Operations, Finance, IT, and Business Teams to identify opportunities for increased productivity and efficiency.
Core42 is the UAE’s national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, leveraging the expertise of G42 Group across multiple technology disciplines for public sector and large enterprise transformations. By building on our capabilities as a sovereign cloud and HPC specialist, we deploy generative AI, cybersecurity, and professional and managed services expertise for national-scale program deployments across various industries.
Functional Responsibilities
- Lead a team of business analysts supporting Microsoft operations, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance.
- Consolidate and reconcile figures related to Microsoft operations payments across all verticals.
- Analyze current business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, collaborating with sales and finance teams to understand their goals and challenges.
- Recommend IT solutions that support sales and finance, such as CRM enhancements, automation of systems and reports, and analytics tools.
- Analyze complex data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and derive insights for operational improvements and strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance operational workflow and establish robust processes.
- Implement best practices in data management, analysis, and visualization to drive operational efficiency and achieve tangible business outcomes.
- Serve as a bridge between the technology and reporting teams, working closely with Implementation and Operations Managers/Director.
- Draft requirements documentation and estimate testing efforts for various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications
To qualify, you must have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance).
- Professional certification in project management or business analysis.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or operations management in a global IT environment.
- 3+ years managing Microsoft operations or related domains.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots).
- Experience in SQL and manipulating large data sets.
Additional Requirements
- Advanced certification in AI, data science, or cloud computing is a plus.
- Experience leading Microsoft operations in digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies relevant to digital transformation, including blockchain and edge computing.
