About the Job:

The IT Implementation Lead will play a vital role in managing and sustaining Group IT and Business Operations effectively while delivering strategic IT initiatives at Emirates NBD, a market leader in the MENAT (Middle East, North Africa, and Türkiye) region with a presence in 13 countries and serving over 20 million customers. The role encompasses several key responsibilities, including:

  • Developing and maintaining an IT portfolio strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Prioritizing and defining top IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, including overseeing the IT budget and vendor contracts.
  • Monitoring service support functions and championing service management initiatives.
  • Leading a specialized team of IT experts to execute strategic IT programs, ensuring effective communication with senior stakeholders.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT & Systems Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in IT, preferably within financial services/banking.
  • Proven project management skills, with a strong understanding of IT service management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and team management skills.
  • Prince2 certification is preferred.
