Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and solution delivery.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, aligning with organizational goals and market demands.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor operations team and technical professionals to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently, considering project requirements, team capabilities, and budget constraints to optimize project outcomes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns, fostering collaboration and transparency.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and across projects, leveraging feedback and lessons learned to enhance processes and deliverables.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of relevant technologies, industry trends, and best practices, providing guidance and support to the team as needed.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and escalate issues in a timely manner, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, conducting reviews and implementing quality assurance processes as necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies, mitigating any potential compliance risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring alignment of objectives and expectations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing IT operations.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of cloud technologies with certifications preferred in Azure, AWS, GCP, or G42.
- Service Management Knowledge: Good understanding of service management processes; ITIL-4 certification preferred.
- Project Management Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. Additional certifications in Agile or relevant technologies are a plus.
- Strategic Planning: Proven experience in strategic planning, with the ability to develop and execute plans aligning with business objectives and market needs.
- Client Management: Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client partnerships.
