As a Principal Solution Architect, your role is to oversee the end-to-end management of complex business solutions for clients. Responsibilities

Solution Development and Design:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements, business objectives, and pain points.
- Design innovative and customized solutions that address client needs, leveraging existing products or recommending enhancements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and assess technical requirements to ensure the proposed solutions are viable and scalable.
- Define solution architectures, considering factors such as integration, security, performance, and usability.

- Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product development, implementation, and support, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, timelines, and resource allocation.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing client expectations.
- Conduct discovery workshops and meetings to gather and clarify client requirements.
- Present and demonstrate proposed solutions to clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

- Collaborate with technical teams to oversee solution propositions, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Coordinate technical activities to validate the functionality and performance of the solution.
- Gather feedback for further improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the proposal process.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to business solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the solution management lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- More than 15 years of experience in information technology, primarily in Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven experience in solution management, product management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise Cloud solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing complex projects.
- Proficient in solution design methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is desirable.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements is advantageous.
