As an Oracle Account Cloud Engineer, you will empower organizations on their digital transformation journey, making a direct impact on their success through the power of Oracle's comprehensive cloud portfolio. You will collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide strategic guidance at every step. Your role will involve creating and delivering technical proposals, designing enterprise cloud architectures, and leading cross-functional teams to help customers adopt and govern enterprise cloud solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer success by building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Create and deliver technical proposals and solution documentation.
- Design comprehensive cloud solutions leveraging Oracle's IaaS and PaaS portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional teams to adopt and govern enterprise cloud architectures.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Technical fluency with strong communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI).
- Experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role such as Pre-Sales Solution Architect.
- Relevant certifications and degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field are preferred.
