The Senior Collaboration Engineer will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Core42’s Microsoft 365 (M365) suite, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across the organization. The role requires deep expertise in managing and configuring services such as Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID). The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in automation, policy configuration, and scripting while driving best practices to enhance the security, performance, and user experience of M365 services.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage Exchange Online environments, including mail flow, security policies, and integration with other M365 services.
- Configure and optimize Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration, ensuring proper governance, guest access control, and alignment with organizational needs.
- Architect and manage SharePoint Online for document collaboration, workflow automation, and efficient file sharing across departments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Intune policies for MDM/MAM, application packaging, compliance policies, and deployment via the company portal.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Autopilot for automated and seamless device provisioning and enrollment.
- Oversee Azure AD/Entra ID configurations, including identity governance, Conditional Access policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and security management.
- Automate complex administrative tasks using advanced PowerShell scripting, enabling efficient management of M365 services and improved operational workflows.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance M365 services, drive adoption of collaboration tools, and ensure security best practices are implemented.
Qualifications
- Experience Level: 6-10 years of experience in M365 and collaboration technologies, with a proven track record of advanced administration and leadership in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and automation.
- Technical Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of Exchange Online administration, including Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), mailbox policies, DLP, and email security configurations.
- In-depth experience configuring and managing Teams settings, including voice and telephony integration, compliance policies, and third-party app integrations.
- Advanced skills in designing and managing SharePoint sites, permissions, content management, and Power Automate workflows for business process automation.
- Advanced understanding of Intune for complex policy configurations, Windows 10/11 management, application lifecycle, compliance policies, and deployment automation.
- Strong expertise in managing Azure AD/Entra ID, including Identity Protection, Conditional Access policies, MFA configurations, and SSO integration.
- Proficient in advanced PowerShell scripting to automate complex M365 management tasks, reporting, configuration changes, and operational processes.
- Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-100 & MS-101) or Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate (MS-500).
