About
Oversee the human resources strategy at Injazat, acting as an internal consultant and handling everything from hiring and benefits to compliance and employee relations. You will ensure the highest quality of recruitment and provide guidance in the resolution of day-to-day tactical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Help define the policies and processes for Injazat’s people strategy with regard to business objectives.
- Use and understand Injazat’s people tools and policies, engaging with stakeholders effectively to ensure their optimal utilization across the organization.
- Drive consistency of approach across Injazat in attracting, managing, and developing talent to support current & future organizational needs.
- Work closely with all HR colleagues to ensure that HR tools & policies are aligned, enhancing overall employee engagement and improving productivity across Injazat.
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools & policies and understand the landscape for further improvement.
- Provide expert input across a range of HR issues, both of a generalist and specialist nature.
- Design and deliver high impact HR solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Coach and build the capability of senior managers to anticipate and pre-empt organizational issues.
- Participate in relevant projects, leading and championing Injazat’s reputation as a world-class organization and employer of choice.
- Keep up to date with external trends and best practices in the areas of HR expertise.
- Continuously drive improvements in tools and policies through external market trends, insights, and internal best practices.
- Proactively share best practices, intelligence, and potential Injazat activities within the group HR function.
- Build relationships and form alliances with external counterparts, communities of practice, and stakeholders to scan for innovations & partnership opportunities.
- Understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnosing the underlying issues and building the case for change with stakeholders.
- Build frameworks to plan and manage the continuous process of change including dependencies, risk, potential scenarios, and mitigation options.
- Be an ambassador for the HR function and represent Injazat HR internally and externally.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- MCIPD or equivalent (Level 7) qualifications, plus experience
- Extensive experience operating in a business partner model, working with local managers to create positive business outcomes

Minimum Experience:
- At least 12+ years of HR experience (generalist or specialist) in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders (including matrix relationships)
- Knowledge of current thinking in Human Resources issues and trends in Continuing Professional Development
