Position

We are seeking a strategic, goal-oriented, and dynamic Senior Manager – Resource Management to manage and optimize talent deployment, as well as oversee capacity planning and resource utilization across the enterprise. You will act as a vital link between human capital strategy and business execution, collaborating closely with project managers, business unit leaders, and HR to drive operational excellence by deploying the right talent at the right time across the company’s high-impact projects in the public sector and enterprise space.

The opportunity allows you to shape the future of tech- and AI-driven HR, leading cross-functional resource planning for high-visibility, high-impact projects utilizing generative AI, cybersecurity, and professional & managed services. Your role will influence workforce strategies that directly impact client success across the digital transformation landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive resource management strategies aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives across global delivery teams, ensuring optimal resource allocation and utilization.
  • Design and implement AI-driven resource forecasting models to predict talent needs and optimize staffing levels.
  • Partner with senior leadership to analyze resource requirements for strategic initiatives and large-scale client engagements.
  • Implement a robust Resource Management System, overseeing the allocation of resources based on project needs, timelines, and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain resource plans to support the capacity needs of ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Assess and forecast resource requirements based on the pipeline of future projects.
  • Identify potential resource shortages or conflicts and proactively resolve them by reallocating or sourcing additional resources.
  • Analyze resource utilization data and provide insights to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor resource utilization to avoid over- or under-allocation, ensuring maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and implement plans to optimize labor costs, productivity, and service levels.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Leverage data and analytics tools to drive decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
  • Lead change management initiatives related to resource management processes and tools.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on performance, including utilization rates, gaps, and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in resource management or workforce planning.
  • Professional certification (SHRM-SCP, HRCI, PMP).
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise resource management systems.
  • Track record of successful large-scale resource optimization initiatives.
