Responsibilities
- Lead and manage special projects in line with corporate objectives and stakeholder expectations, ensuring on-time and within-budget services that meet and surpass client requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans addressing scope, timelines, and resource allocation for successful project execution.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring resource allocation is within approved financial limits while maximizing value.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions for clients adopting new technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including generative AI, data science, and cybersecurity experts, to drive service delivery excellence.
- Use data-driven insights and analytics to inform project strategies and decision-making processes.
- Plan, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects and coordinate cross-project activities.
- Supervise and manage program & project managers, providing feedback and resolving issues.
- Report to executive leadership on project progress, outcomes, and strategic alignment, providing insights for future projects.
- Help diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Develop and track program metrics, reporting as required on program status, risks, and issues to senior management.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of IT and service delivery processes and methodologies.
- Keep abreast of trends and advancements in new and evolving technologies.
- Mentor and coach junior program managers, sharing best practices and knowledge.
