Join our Technical Product Management team, where we build effective technology products and services that our customers love. We offer a mix of B2B and B2C products and services in domains such as Digital, Airline and Airport Operations, Group Services, Customer and Commercial. Our goal is to continuously evolve our products, enriching them with features that focus on delivering value to our customers and users.
This Technical Product Owner role will focus on managing customer-facing digital products within the Passenger Sales and Airline Products pillar, with a focus on Dubai Experience and vendor-led solutions (including RFI/RFT-driven initiatives). The TPO will act as a central point of contact between stakeholders, vendors, and engineering teams, managing end-to-end product lifecycles and ensuring seamless integration of third-party land-based services such as hotels, transfers, and activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (12+3 years or equivalent) in Operations Research, Marketing Science, Information Systems, e-Commerce, or a combination of industry certification and 5+ years of relevant experience in Global Product (CSPO/SAFe/PSPO) trained and certified
- 2+ years practical experience of working as a Product Owner/Manager, in a team-facing capacity, with a proven record of driving discernible change and delivery, at pace
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework, across multiple initiatives and circa 50+ teams is a plus
- Demonstrated technical or domain expertise within a specific domain or technical area
- Strong and concise communicator at peer, line, and stakeholder levels
- Build strong relationships with peers and team members
