The Senior Specialist in Brand & Marketing will play a crucial role in developing and executing content strategies that elevate Core42's brand presence in the AI and technology space. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and technical understanding to create compelling content that resonates with both technical and business audiences. Core42 is the UAE’s national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, bringing generative AI, cybersecurity, professional, and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across industries.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with Core42's business objectives and brand voice.
- Create and execute comprehensive implementation plans for strategies, defining milestones and addressing dependencies.
- Lead the development of thought leadership content, closely working with technical teams to translate complex AI concepts into accessible content.
- Develop and launch relevant brand campaigns in key markets, evolving brand image and impact.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content initiatives across all branded platform areas.
- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with the product marketing team to develop co-branded content and marketing collateral.
- Support partner enablement through creation of partner-facing content and training materials.
- Develop content for events, trade shows, and field marketing campaigns with the events team.
- Assist in developing presentation materials for executive appearances at field events.
- Partner with HR to execute employer branding strategies and campaigns.
- Create compelling internal communications content to enhance employee engagement.
- Develop content for employee advocacy programs and internal social media initiatives.
- Support recruitment marketing efforts through creation of career-focused content.
- Contribute to the design and execution of brand research initiatives for insights on brand perception and awareness.
- Conduct competitive analysis and brand landscape mapping in the global AI and technology sector.
Qualifications
Skills and attributes for success:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of content marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of creating successful content campaigns for B2B audiences.
- Experience with content modeling or AI content generation tools.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Project management experience with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation tools.
