About the Role
Seeking a highly strategic, dynamic, and results-driven Vice President – Sales, to lead and manage the Core42 sales team, developing and executing high-impact strategic sales plans and fostering long-term relationships with key clients in the public sector and enterprise space in order to achieve our ambitious revenue targets and expand our market share.
The opportunity involves shaping the future of digital innovation by leading talented sales teams and making a measurable impact on the company's growth and success. You will work with cutting-edge technologies such as generative AI and cloud computing, enabling digital transformation at scale for the public sector and large enterprises in the region. Core42 is the UAE’s national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Group’s expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the government sector across the region.
  • Design and implement short- and long-range growth strategies to meet and surpass growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key government clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge, tailored solutions.
  • Regularly liaise with key client stakeholders to encourage client advocacy and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to expected performance levels, proactively identifying new opportunities by driving client engagements, deal progression and deal closure.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of overall sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • 5+ years of specific sales experience in the public sector and enterprise space.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Desired Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of public sector and enterprise partnership processes & industry best practices.
  • Experience with emerging technologies, such as generative AI, machine learning, and cloud computing.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
