Microsoft Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Infra Office 365 / Cloud Engineer to manage and support a hybrid infrastructure environment spanning Microsoft Windows Servers, Azure Cloud, virtualization platforms, and enterprise storage systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for provisioning, maintaining, and monitoring critical systems to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows Servers and Hyper-V Clusters.
• Administer Azure Stack Hub for seamless hybrid cloud operations.
• Provision, manage, and decommission Azure services, including:
  • Entra ID
  • Azure Subscriptions
  • Virtual Networks
  • Storage Accounts
  • Virtual Machines (VMs)
  • Azure ARC
  • Azure Intune
• Maintain and support storage solutions, including:
  • IBM Storage Cluster
  • Pure Storage Cluster
  • VxRail
• Monitor infrastructure health using PRTG:
  • Cluster updates
  • Fixing probes and server sensors
  • Adding/removing sensors
  • Performing PRTG cluster updates

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in infrastructure and cloud administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Azure services.
• Familiarity with enterprise storage and virtualization platforms.

Experience:

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, system administration, or cloud environments.

• Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows Server
• Virtualization: Hyper-V, Hyper-V Clusters
• Cloud Platforms: Azure Cloud, Azure Stack Hub
• Azure Services: Entra ID, Subscriptions, Networking, VMs, ARC, Intune, Storage
• Storage Systems: IBM Storage, Pure Storage, VxRail
• Monitoring Tools: PRTG (sensor and probe management, cluster updates)

Functional Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking
• Proactive monitoring and issue resolution
• Documentation and process adherence
• Effective communication and collaboration with IT teams

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Certifications in infrastructure monitoring, storage, or cloud services
• Experience in hybrid enterprise environments
