IT Support Engineer

Under the stewardship of a distinguished Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), our team champions industry standards and has consistently acquired certifications, including ISO27001, ISO27701, ISO22301, PCI:DSS 3.2.1 (Level 1), NIST Tier 4, and SOC 2 Type II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in security administration activities, including user provisioning, access control, endpoint management, threat prevention, and asset management.
• Develop and implement access control workflows.
• Handle inquiries from internal users with a focus on SLA.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, including setting up laptops and user accounts.

Requirements:

• General IT operations experience, including helpdesk services (advantageous).
• Relevant IT certifications (advantageous).
• Minimum 1 year of IT experience (advantageous).
• Basic experience with G-Suite, OKTA, Windows, and iOS.
• Experience in physical office setup (advantageous).
• Strong commitment to personal learning and development.
• Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
• Good communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical issues to non-technical users.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
