You will work with a collaborative, customer-focused team that values innovation and creativity, creating customized solutions that help our customers achieve their goals. You will also engage with clients to build successful relationships, providing both technical and business value. As an expert in big data analytics, you will serve as a trusted advisor on architecture, design, and implementation, facilitating the successful adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients in your assigned territory.
- Provide expert advice on big data analytics to excite customers about Databricks.
- Scale best practices by authoring reference architectures and leading workshops.
- Continuously grow your knowledge and expertise in technical and industry-specific areas.
What We Look For:
- Experience in engaging customers in technical sales, articulating clear outcomes, and communicating value propositions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying customer pain points.
- Knowledge in Big Data Analytics and some exposure to advanced Data Engineering or Data Science use cases.
- Proficiency coding in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Foundational understanding of Apache Spark™ architecture is preferred.
Language Requirements:
Business proficiency in both Arabic and English is required. Fluency in additional regional languages may be advantageous.
Additional Notes:
This opening is designated for Saudi nationals only. The role's location must be in Riyadh or within a commutable distance for a hybrid schedule. Flexibility to travel is required, accounting for up to 20-30% of the role for customer meetings, events, and training.
