AI/ML Developer

We're seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Developer to lead the development of advanced, intelligent systems in logistics and large-scale operations. This role is focused on applying the latest in multi-agent AI, deep learning, and optimization algorithms to transform how logistics ecosystems function — from container scheduling to yard automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement multi-agent AI systems for real-time decision-making in complex logistics environments.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment, with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Apply reinforcement learning, generative AI, and advanced optimization techniques (e.g., OR-Tools, SCIP) to improve resource utilization and throughput.
• Develop robust data infrastructure using tools like Kafka, Spark, and Hadoop to support streaming analytics.
• Deploy solutions on cloud and hybrid infrastructures with a focus on security, compliance, and uptime.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (research labs, startups, etc.) to accelerate innovation.
• Contribute to the broader AI strategy and roadmap, aligning with long-term digital transformation goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of agent-based systems, LLMs, NLP, or simulation-based modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with real-time applications in logistics or operations research.
• Knowledge of deploying AI in production environments using AWS, GCP, or on-prem systems.
