Information Technology Instructor

We are seeking an experienced and passionate IT Certified Trainer to join our team. The IT Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to employees, clients, or students in a variety of IT-related subjects, including hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, programming, and industry certifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and motivate learners at different skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Develop Training Materials for AI, Security, and Business Continuity.
• Deliver IT Training Sessions.
• Assess Learner Progress.
• Provide Certification Preparation.
• Support and Mentorship.
• Evaluate and Improve Training Programs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Certifications: Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an IT training or instructional role.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with a variety of IT certification exams and preparation materials.
• Experience delivering technical training to diverse audiences.
• Ability to explain complex IT concepts in an understandable manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual classroom platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
