Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics ERP Consultant/Developer/Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems (such as Dynamics 365, AX, NAV, or GP). You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into efficient ERP solutions that enhance organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Configuration: Configure and implement Dynamics ERP solutions based on business requirements, assist in customizing ERP modules, and conduct data migrations from legacy systems.
• System Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics ERP users, ensure system updates and patches are installed, and monitor ERP system performance.
• Integration: Work with other software systems to integrate and enhance Dynamics ERP functionality, and develop APIs, interfaces, and third-party integrations.
• Customization & Development: Customize forms, reports, workflows, and dashboards in Dynamics ERP, and develop customizations using Dynamics development tools (e.g., X++, PowerApps, Power BI).
• Training & Documentation: Provide training and guidance to end-users on ERP best practices and maintain documentation for system configurations and customizations.
• Project Management & Consultation: Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams and analyze business process inefficiencies through the use of Dynamics ERP.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Dynamics 365, AX, NAV, GP).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics ERP, with knowledge of SQL, C#, X++, or other programming languages used in Dynamics ERP.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
