Senior Business Intelligence Developer (Power BI)

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Resource with expertise in Power BI Reporting & Dashboard Development, ERP/CRM System Integration, Azure Data Bricks, BI Analytics, Data Warehousing, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing BI solutions, integrating complex systems, and optimizing data storage and analytics platforms. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights and ensuring the seamless flow of data between various business systems, while building and maintaining scalable reporting and analytics infrastructures.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • Proven experience of minimum 7 years or more with Power BI reporting, dashboard development, and data modeling.
  • Strong experience in integrating data from ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce) into BI platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Bricks, including building data pipelines and working with large-scale datasets.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
  • Experience with ETL processes and automation of data workflows.
  • Expertise in BI analytics, predictive modeling, and reporting for data-driven decision-making.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Power BI Service, Power BI Embedded).
  • Strong SQL skills for data querying, transformation, and management.
  • Experience with Azure Data Bricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake as a cloud data warehouse platform.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance practices for BI systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Power BI, Azure, or Snowflake (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, Snowflake SnowPro Certification) are a plus.
