As a Microsoft D365 Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and building our Microsoft D365 F&O practice in the Middle East. You will help our clients transform the way they run and manage their business, using your expertise to develop our internal capability. This role provides the opportunity to support our global strategic clients in addressing their most significant business challenges while building a successful team.
You will support C-level executives in defining the case for change and the roadmap to deliver value, combining industry insight with knowledge of Microsoft-enabled business transformation, cloud adoption, and disruptive digital enablers. Your experience will be essential in assessing training needs and being a role model for emerging talent, demonstrating client engagement to solve complex business problems.
During your tenure as a Manager/Senior Manager, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Supporting clients in shaping and delivering their transformation agenda focused on strategic alignment and value delivery.
- Recommending optimal technology solutions to meet client needs.
- Defining the business case for Microsoft D365 F&O enabled business transformation.
- Leading the delivery of Microsoft D365 enabled business solutions.
- Developing internal business transformation capability within the Deloitte ME Microsoft D365 F&O team through structured development and role modeling behaviors.
- Combining industry insight with knowledge of supply chain, core finance, and performance management applications.
- Becoming a trusted advisor to CIOs, COOs, CFOs, and other key decision-makers.
- Understanding the Microsoft application portfolio and complementary products to meet client needs.
