About the Job

We are looking for a Procurement Support Associate in IT who will play a crucial role in following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures. You will maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices, while entering order details into internal databases.

Your responsibilities will include tracking orders to ensure timely delivery, reviewing and comparing products and services for purchase, managing inventories, maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records, and fostering good supplier relations through contract negotiation. You will research and evaluate prospective suppliers, negotiate contract terms and pricing, and collaborate with internal finance teams on invoice tracking and payables.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to multi-task.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
