As a GROUP SYSTEMS ANALYST II, you will act as a subject matter expert, coordinating with various teams to close periods, drive, finalize, and test functionality. Your role will involve aligning Oracle functionality and business processes and collaborating with project leadership and management to achieve program objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acquiring an understanding of the business objectives for an assigned area.
- Adhering to the organization's project management methods and project life-cycle.
- Leading process improvement initiatives and collecting business requirements, applying financial concepts to translate them into solution design.
- Supporting the project team and mentoring staff.
- Actively managing and controlling the project plan, which includes updates on task completion and facilitating client plan modifications when necessary.
- Coordinating partners and working groups engaged in project work.
- Monitoring project progress and performance while maintaining a cooperative and motivated team.
- Collaborating with other PMs/key users to ensure the project meets business needs.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Qualified CA/ACCA/MBA in Finance or matching domain experience, with EPM Techno-functional experience in implementing EPBCS and FCCS.
- Strong knowledge of the EPBCS and FCCS modules, capability to work closely with business teams handling budgeting and monthly MIS reporting, as well as consolidation.
- Extensive experience in implementing complex planning and budgeting solutions, with knowledge in FDMEE or data management, planning and management reporting concepts, dimensions, cubes, ASO/BSO cubes, writing rules, optimization, and report/webform development.
- Knowledge in Oracle EPM Cloud suite is essential, including both technical and functional knowledge with adequate hands-on experience.
- A minimum of 5 end-to-end implementation projects as a subject matter expert/solution architect and at least 3 support projects with hands-on experience.
- Over 10 years of experience in product management associated with software implementation, from requirement discovery/definition to ongoing support management.
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong oral and written communication skills are vital to your success in this role.
